Cancellation and bookings Policy: To cancel a booking, either send a Fax to +34 948 348 800 or e-mail to: reservas@cghotel.es

No penalty will be charged provided that the cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the arrival date indicated for the booking.

Any booking cancelled 72 hours or less before the arrival date must pay 100% of the booking amount.

The Spa has the same Cancellation Policy but with a 50% penalty on the price of the booking made.

Children 0-2 years do not have extra for 3rd person. The supplement for child 2-12 years is 30 € VAT included. The supplement for children 12 and older will correspond to 35 % of the room. The hotel reserves the right to request the ID of the children, if necessary

The hotel rooms are covered in single, double and triple, not accommodating four people in a room to be possible, regardless of their age.
