The El Castillo restaurant offers a classical, traditional and seasonal menu with local garden and mountain products. It’s cuisine that combines the essence of what we grow in our fields with meat of extraordinary quality in addition to fish and seafood that arrives fresh daily from the Cantabrian Sea. Rounding off the menu are our artisan, homemade baked goods.

This is the kitchen where Patxi and Jose Ignacio Diez de Ulzurrun Goñi put their experience to work with excellent materials all while constantly seeking to innovate yet maintain the essence and values of the best service.
